Wow how cold! of course, with these temperatures it’s necessary to dress warmly, but that does not mean that we should wear a million layers as if we were an onion because the fundamental thing (in my opinion) is to have a good coat, obviously on those days that the cold is more intense a couple of extra tricks will help you protect ourselves even more. As I already told you, having a good coat is essential but what I usually do on those more intense days is to wear pantyhose under the jeans or leggings (for example like the today’s outfit) also some brands include thermal models but the truth is that I’m not a big fan because I have tried them and they did not convince me, another thing I usually do is wear a thermal t-shirt (of those that are for snow) under the sweater as they are super comfortable and thin which avoids the ball effect that tends to cause wearing so many layers. Wow ¡menudo frío! desde luego con estas temperaturas toca abrigarse bien, pero eso, no significa que debemos llevar un millón de capas como si fuéramos una cebolla porque lo fundamental (en mi opinión) es tener un buen abrigo, obviamente en esos días en los que el frío es más intenso un par de trucos extras nos ayudaran a protegernos aún más. Como ya os dije, tener un buen abrigo es fundamental pero lo que yo suelo hacer en esos días más intensos es usar unas medias de lycra debajo de los vaqueros o leggins que en ese momento este llevando (por ejemplos los del outfit de hoy) también hay marcas que incluyen modelos térmicos pero la verdad es que yo no soy muy fan ya que los he probado y no me convencieron, otra cosa que suelo hacer es llevar debajo del suéter una camiseta térmica de las que son para nieve ya que son súper cómodas y finas lo cual evita ese efecto bola que suele provocar el llevar tantas capas.
